“National Finansiada” is an educational initiative by DSK Bank aimed at improving the financial literacy of young people in Bulgaria. The initiative is implemented in partnership with the Financial Literacy Initiative Foundation.

The first edition of the initiative will be held in the form of a competition between high school students aged 16–19 and their parents. Each team will consist of two people from the same family, who will have the opportunity to compete for a DSK Bank scholarship worth BGN 3,000 for the following academic year.

To apply, teams must register on the competition website at www.finansiada.bg and complete an online test consisting of 20 questions. The test will be active from today until February 24. The 12 teams with the highest number of correct answers and the best completion time will qualify for the semifinals. The top three teams from the semifinals will advance to the finals. Participants will compete head-to-head in direct eliminations, answering questions of increasing difficulty and value.

The semifinals and finals of the first edition of “National Finansiada” will be held live at Serdika Center in Sofia, on March 9 and March 10, respectively.
